Listing & review guidelines
Good information makes good connections. These are the intended moderation rules for GoFindUs.
Business listings
Use your real business name, accurate services and a location or service area you genuinely cover. Only upload images you have permission to use. Keyword stuffing, misleading claims and duplicate listings are not accepted.
Approval and edits
Every new listing and edit is reviewed. Approval normally takes 3–5 business days. Published information remains visible until proposed changes are approved.
Customer reviews
Reviews must come from verified accounts and reflect a genuine customer experience. No incentives for positive ratings, impersonation, harassment, private personal information or conflicts of interest. Owners may respond and report; they cannot rewrite customer feedback.
Fair moderation
Negative sentiment alone is not grounds for removal. Moderators should record reasons for decisions and provide a route to review contested decisions.
